The Sutherland Shire will receive a major economic boost by way of a modern integrated master planned community following the approval today by the NSW Planning Assessment Commission (PAC) of the Cronulla Sutherland Leagues Club’s $300m development.
The Club’s ten hectare site which includes the Leagues Club, Toyota Stadium and adjacent lands will be transformed into a vibrant town centre consisting of an integrated residential, retail, sporting and entertainment hub in close proximity to Woolooware station, Cronulla and the foreshore of Woolooware and Botany Bays.
