This community housing complex is one of the largest properties to be completed under the National Building Economic Stimulus program in NSW. It has 66 universally designed units including a range of adaptable features, ensuring that it meets the needs of all its tenants.
Each unit will come with features such as bathroom and toilet grab rails, hobless showers and wheel chair and widened access areas. In addition the units will feature a number of environmental features including instantaneous gas water systems, draught proof windows, energy efficient lighting and rain water tanks.
